Breezy Blue

A good maxi dress is right up my ally, that is of course when 'good' constitutes of the perfect midi length as I mentioned here. My love for such breezy yet chic ensembles was what brought my attention to Burberry Prorsum's Fall 2014 show and it has become my favourite collection in recent years. Exuding bohemian vibes, this show would resonate well with anyone who's a bit of a hippie at heart (am I right ladies?), atleast when it comes to fashion. Whilst its not something I wanted to recreate here, perhaps it stuck to the back of my mind as I decided to paid this dress and sleeveless kimono together. The dress itself was one of my beloved pieces this summer, with its low-waist and high slits, it gave off a very 50s vibe and stood out from all the other high slit maxi dresses that were around this year. The slits also added another dimension with the kimono and the belt brought all the layers together.
A little tip however, definitely wrong outft to wear on a wind day.
